    2. The initial auto-response provided after uploading a palm image does not count as a question.

  2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

    1. Once the first question is asked and answered, no refunds will be processed.

    2. This policy ensures that our resources are fairly utilized and our experts’ time is respected.

  3. Process for Requesting a Refund:

    1. If you have not asked any questions and wish to request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of your purchase.

    2. Provide your order details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.
